Sweet tooth

I keep forgetting to ask, does any of you have a good pancakes recipe? Probably the typical milk and butter pancakes.

I know I can google it and I will find bazillion of them. Which is WHY I'm asking in the first place. I'd prefer to try something that someone I know has a good experience with . . .

lol if I lived in US, I might be a pancakes from scratch snob (seeing as that is mostly the case with crepes) mainly because I'm not a dried food fan, but for a first timer and something I don't make at all, or very little, I'd take a box. I just had a sudden craving when I saw maple syrup in the store the other day.

but the cornmeal ones may actually work . . .
