One calm day to appease me!

I have a new layout!!! LOL again! there was few things that really started to bother me about the one I had until now. I was choosing that background for like 2 hours and spammed both chivakaza and gaillen about it. But it ended up being a fun conversation with both of them, so thanks girls for having the patience with me. If someone doesn´t like the background, I have plenty of them bookmarked, so I might change it after Christmas is over.

Yesterday, ugh actually looking at the watch, on Monday I was at work for the last time this year. I´ll go back probably on 5th or 6th of January. I love how my last day turned out, I should go and thank someone who is sorting out the cases before we get them. It was so freaking interesting because it was something totally different than it was supposed to be!

Now only if I knew whether I had passed the test I took last Thursday or not. This is the most unpleasant way of announcing results ever: I´ll write you a personal email if you didn´t pass. (When? No idea) So you have to wait, if it doesn´t come you passed, if it does you didn´t but if its taking long you have no idea if it is because you passed or because the teacher didn´t get around checking it.

Speaking of school ...


In 9 days I will go to my last university class ... ever. Well unless I decide to get PhD or something else, but I don´t think I am going to apply for such a program, at least not right after school. Feels strange. It is also funny, because I will finish just as I started by a lesson on theory of law. The theory of law these days and six years ago seem miles away!

Because there was nowhere to really really go today, I slept until I woke up. No alarm clock, lol I woke up at 11:45 am. At noon ... should tell you something about my sleeping habits these past few weeks. I finally got around cleaning this place. I´m always discouraged because I am the only one doing it and I have no motivation cleaning a bathroom used by 3 other girls, who never do so. Well I hope that next year they all live with even bigger pigs that they are and I am not even regretting those feelings of mine. They totally deserve it.

But yeah, everything is clean, shiny and smells nice now. I also bought an aromatic candle few days back, it´s vanilla, it´s subtle but the sent lingers. It´s perfect. Few Christmas decoration later and awwww it feels like home XDDD I actually had a really nice day, I ended up finally going to the post office. I loled at it being open till midnight. Who exactly goes to send a letter at midnight?

Oh and I have to mention it, I went to an amazing concert on Sunday evening. Kind of jazzy, folky music, Czech guys and a girl- singer(playing the keyboard) from Netherlands. They were unbelievable. And they used these old, sometimes quirky, sometimes funny instruments to spice it up, including a toy pianika! And the guy playing a contrabass totally rocked it. Well they were just awesome, and though I have their music in my PC now, with these bands, they are ten times better live. Can´t really explain it. Well I hope to see Wotienke again

In fandom world. I stumbled upon Kanjani8 singing Sangatsu Kokonoka! It´s all kind of nice! eitokickass is in the process of subbing their entire appearance, talk and even Remioromen singing Konayuki on Music Fair so i am patiently waiting for that but yeah I like this preview. Also tokeruyouna is posting the PVs she likes and today she featured X Japan. It was a fun video! I saw it right after their Forever Love finished playing on my .mp3 player. Yeah I don´t know who doesn´t like the song, so me saying I have phases when it´s on loop is going to be no surprise. Still, have a PV!

Also Earn the spotlight challenge ended successfully. I obviously went almost anal while counting votes, I had an Excel charts all nice with colors and stuff. It was an interesting experience, I might try again. Thank you to everyone who listened to me ranting about it. Also K3U pipsqueaks !

In the name of having some time I thought it would be nice to change my desktop wallpaper. I had this on most of the last winter (well i took the pic in January), but it gets a bit depressing to look at this picture time to time. It´s our yard, just to clarify. So I was hoping to get some JE gay with winter theme to switch it up. I found none. Any suggestions? I mean Aiba is born on Christmas Eve , there is bound to be at least one winter wallpaper with him if nothing else ... But I am not picky ... Another question, did someone already sub the VS Arashi with Gackt on their team? I watch some communities, but I am bound to miss some stuff and frankly I refuse to join every single new one, they sub one Arashi video and then die and I just get confused. But I want to see it! It should be an hour of pure fun, if the short episode from earlier this year is any indication.

I think that´s all! Enjoy the pre-Christmas stress as I dig into my thesis work again. Good night! There goes my normal sleeping time again. Le sigh!!! 2:00 am!!!

I am kind of new to most of the X Japan history, I mean I know the basics, but really just that, so I went all wide-eyed when I was searching youtube for a video of it, because all the sad moments came up ... but it became all the more reason to love the song.

Ahh yeah, my X-Japan knowledge isn't wonderful, but that song always makes me think of the clip of them singing it at the funeral, and the video with it, of all the devastated fans sobbing their hearts out, lining the streets... it breaks my heart, but it's a beautiful song ♥
