Oct. 11th, 2009 08:48 pmMy tooth still hurts, even after two dentist visits!!!
My reunion went surprisingly well, I am so proud of most of the people that showed up. One of my former classmates has a child, another is married for exactly one week and she looked so happy and content … And when my good friend who I keep in touch with (so I knew) publically said he has a master degree in psychology and will finish his masters in law in two years (which in the system we have here means that for 3 years he had studied two school simultaneously) our former homeroom teacher´s jaw dropped and it was a good feeling, thinking “I knew it” inside and “Show them all, why I believed in you” … ok end of boasting about others.
chivakaza is doing this meme now and I thought I would be able to resist, but no such thing:
And I have two songs to share. The indecisive me
This might not be Saito´s best song, I wouldn´t know I finally found his discography and am downloading it now. But it was the first of his songs I have ever heard and I was hooked. Thank you for that one, Nishikido Ryo! I was researching for He knew chapter 11 when it happened.
Karel Kryl- 23- Děkuji - Karel Kryl
The second one is an old Czech singer that was harshly pursued during communism. His songs are a bit angsty most of the time, but this one even if somber is a song of gratitude. It is called Thank you and he is thanking for many many things in there. It played on my mp3 player (and thanks to a “tape with a cable” on a car radio as well) quite unexpectedly when I was driving home. My friend didn´t even know the singer, but ever since then it is stuck in my head and I just want to say Ďekuji!
