Of strawberies and "presents"?

Because I want something from dephi, here I am posting again ...

The first 10 people to respond to this post will get something made by me.

This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:

- What I create will be just for you.
- It'll be done this year (2009). (given I still have exams it won´t be that soon)
- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a mix CD. It may be a poem. I may draw or paint something. I might bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.

The catch? Oh, the catch is that you have to put this in your journal as well, if you expect me to do something for you!

I like to always add something personal when I post and I had a very good day today, so as a bait for you to read what I was up to, here is a preview:


So, here I go ... about today:

My sister and I, we both study in Czech Republic. So of course we live in the dorms and when the academic year ends, you have to move out. My mum always comes with a car to pick me up after all my exams are done and we always, ALWAYS end up doing some major shopping (summer sales in full bloom by that time and all).

This year, my sister needed help with all the stuff that she had in her dorm as well and she ended really soon. As she studies in different town, my mum went there this morning. They packed everything and came to visit me on their way home, ´cause I still have 2 exams to go, almost month of studying ahead of me and even then I don´t move out, since I start working a day after my last exam.  ( I just have to move to a different room which involves carrying all my stuff down from 10th floor to the 1st one, I am really “happy” about that)

I haven´t been at home for so long and they wanted to make it better on me, so they brought me food and those strawberries.

Here is another look at them.

There is strawberries season here right now. These are really really nice, big ones, they smell deliciously, taste even better and there is soooo much of them. I really love this fruit and whaaa I will live on strawberries next few days.  Happy and lucky me :p







This year I will move out on my own and so there won´t be more opportunities and because my mum needed new shoes of course we went shopping afterwards.  It started so innocently, but seriously it was three women shopping, so it couldn´t go any other way.

I was on a T-shirt craze today, obviously because I need some pants and maybe a dress. I bought several, felt a bit boring (considering my tendencies to buy only white ones) and I want to show you my favorite trophy. I have to tell you, I love t-shirts with buttons in front and this one, with colorful buttons, and so many of them, is just a pure win. Check it out.












It was a great day today, clearly I haven´t done any studying so I am on it right after I post, but yeah for girls power!!! And thank you - s to my mum and sister are in order. THANK YOU. What I really wanted to convey here was that i had fun, we talked, teased, laughed ... oh well today we got along pretty well, it was nice to be in their company again. The shopping and the lunch and coffe I got invted to was just the side dish really, a nice one, but the point is I had fun with them, they were friends more than familly for once and I think we totally stole the show in one of the shoe shops where we completely manipulated my mum to buy shoes me and my sister liked. The sales lady just laughed with us all the time ...


So end of rant now, let me know if you want me to make something for you and I will start racking my brain up for ideas about what you shall receive. Until then …

it nice to hear that you had a nice day, i wish i had one, hear its rainig none stop, i have to study nonstop and i am also babysitting - life sucks sometimes
but it made me happy to read that you had some relaxing time between exams :)
